Abstract

This article has as objective to stimulate the discussion about the truths and myths of entrepreneurial culture and work in Brazil and in other American countries of European origin. And so, we compare the Iberica and Anglo-Saxon cultures through their origins and developed characteristics in the old colonial system, between XVI and XIX centuries.
